Release scope: Removal of critical obstacles in the recertification and modification of certificates, and improvement of performance and data quality when processing audits.

13341Modification and recertification for valid, migrated certificatesThe error “Recertified certificate valid-from must be at least one day after the latest certificate valid-to date” blocked the process for users attempting to recertify or modify a migrated certificate.   The system logic has been changed so that when a new certificate is generated with a valid-from that falls within the validity of the migrated certificate, it is classified as a modification (version 1.1) and the migrated certificate status will be set to “outdated”.   If a new certificate is generated with a valid-from date after the valid-to date of the migrated certificate, it is classified as a recertification (version 2.0, status “upcoming”) and the old certificate remains in the status “certified” until the valid-from date of the new one is reached.
13365Shorten validity of certificatesBy using the “Edit certificate” function, users can now limit the validity end date to the current day or later, e.g., to reduce the validity period of a certificate.
13371Error “local-midnight timestamp” when viewing the PDF certificateUsers experienced an error message referring to a timestamp in the local time zone that blocked the process when clicking on “View PDF”. The error is now resolved.
13325Unexpected decrease of values in numeric attributesUsers experienced changes in numeric values after maintenance work by +/- 1–2. This issue was related to a feature that enabled data adjustment by scrolling. The issue is now resolved.
13294Incomplete data copy when using “Recertify/Modify”Users reported that original data was not transferred to a new audit when the recertify/modify feature was used. An improvement was implemented to ensure all information is copied.
13318Exclusion of non-compliant and non-certified products on PDF certificateThe possibility to maintain product based status will be implemented. Products that are not certified/compliant will not be included in the PDF certificate. Visibility in Supply Chain Portal is not affected.
13247“Created by” columnA column was added in the Audit view to display the user that created the specific audit. This is applied to all newly created audits.
13163Alphabetical sorting of “Country of Destination”The values of the field “Country of Destination” are now sorted alphabetically.

12327Status “Expired” set automatically for certificates that reached their valid-to dateThe logic to automatically set the “Expired” state was implemented. Additionally, the “recertify” function is now enabled for expired certificates to create new audits for the same GGN + FAP + Option combination. Some users experienced issues where expired certificates could not be recertified (error message that warned about “Duplicates”). This bug is now also resolved and new certificates can be issued.  
12276, 11904Issues related to incorrect audit dates on PDF certificatesAn enhancement to the logic in how information is converted to the PDF certificate was implemented. The audit date in the PDF certificate will now reflect the one selected by auditors.

12756, 12708Impediments regarding non-displayed certificate templatesAs part of a technical review, the issue was reproduced and an optimisation was implemented to prevent such omissions from occurring within the system.

11844Product audit time in CertifierOSPlaceholders for the audit dates were requested, which were also to be included in reports. The necessary technical adjustments have been made and the fields are now available in the audit details.
12645, 12488, 12652Certificate modification, recertificationAccording to users, it was not possible to modify certificates (e.g. for renewal or recertification) in cases involving particularly large volumes of data. Following technical adjustments, the modify function has been successfully tested.
12650, 12669Impediments with Certificate template downloadUsers reported issues when attempting to download particularly large audit PDFs containing a large number of records (using the “View PDF” function). Following technical enhancements, tests involving audits of 100+ sub-producers have been successfully completed.
11117Feature to replace GGN by GLNA feature was implemented to allow to edit the external ID for producers (GGN) to the GLN.
12805, 12822„500 Internal Server Error“ Issue with Option 2 via APIUsers reported errors when attempting to create Option 2 audits (write work orders) via the API. The payload was significantly increased, and further optimisations to the API were implemented during one-to-one sessions with a CB. The tests (both our internal ones and those conducted externally by the CB) were successful.
12831Adobe Acrobar Reader cannot open downloaded PDFUsers reported problems opening downloaded certificates. Following a technical update, all file types are now supported, and PDFs can be opened after downloading, regardless of the settings.

A fix has been implemented to prevent these situation from occurring in future for the API and to ensure complete Bookmarking-Lists in the UI.
12654Impediments about Data Access Rights that lead to blank fieldsAccording to users, the Supply Chain Portal’s Public Search was displaying empty fields (e.g. for ‘Country’) depending on the browser used, even though the data should have been accessible. The issue has been resolved for all browsers following a technical adjustment.
12327Automatized „expired“ status flowA technical update has been implemented which sets the certificate status to “Expired” when the expiry date is reached (exceptions: Outdated, Suspended).                
12366Partial searchAn enhancement has been made to the current search function in the Producer List, meaning that the search term no longer needs to match the search result exactly. You can now perform a partial search by entering at least 3 characters. There is currently a limitation to this feature. If a search result (Producer) does not contain the entered character sequence, one of the sub-producers will match the search result. We are looking into optimising this function.
12536, 12606Bookmarking List download not functionalUsers reported issues/unavailability of the feature when attempting to download audit reports in “Full Information” or „Simple Form“ format from the Supply Chain Portal. Following a technical adjustment, test cases were successfully carried out. The issue should therefore now be resolved.
