Production Process status is a new, product summary level attribute that allows Certificate Bodies to provide information about sanctioned products. This field is always public. This status will only apply to newly created certificates, for specific Farm Assurance Products, after August 31st 2026.
Possible Positive and Negative statuses:

For ‘Assessed’ the value should be considered ‘Positive’ provided the “GRASP assessment result” is Conformance or N/A. Any other combination of “GRASP assessment result” and the ‘Assessed’ status, should be considered Negative.
When a product is in a Negative status, the product, and all sites related to that product, are not included in the Certificate PDF. The Production process status, as well as site, will still be shown in the Supply Chain Portal interface.
If a product is erroneously given both a positive and a negative status, it will not be included in the Certificate PDF, and additionally, will not be displayed in the interface in the Supply Chain Portal.
